Globalization and Education

Education has been considered as the main source of growth in terms of economic and financial aspects of any nation or country in the world. That is the primary reason why the importance of education is growing and there have been many educational policies that are being implemented by most of the countries in order to follow the flow of the ever changing demands for labor skills (Carnoy, 1995, p. 211).
The world now is facing a complete transformation and facing fast change in the global market and global field. Globalization is considered as one of the most important change that had happened in the history of the world. It had affected many sectors and industry in the world including the economic or financial aspect, political aspect as well as the cultural aspect of each and every nation in the world.
One of the most debate aspects of globalization is about its winner and loser result. The winner usually understands the form of the change in advance than the others. The said reason had helped them to adapt to the change and then used it in their advantage with the help of their nature as well as different resources from their society in order to improve their overall performance. In addition to that, the educational strategies of the company is generally connected and linked to their national strategies for their improvement (Carnoy, 1995, p.211).
On the other hand, the losers are commonly locked with the every changing pattern of their economic, social as well as their political behavior that can be considered as similar when it is related to the kinds of actions and plan that must be done in order to adapt to the new condition (Carnoy, 1995, p.211).
